  • Missing a street tree? – Did you take down your tree and not replace it? Please note that all tree removal and reinstall requires an Architectural Change Request in advance. If you are still missing a tree from years ago, it is time to replace it with on of the approved trees in the Design Guidelines.
  • Replacing Your Roof? – Unless it is the exact same color and design as the original it must be approved by the HOA in advance.
  • Adding a deck ? – Please log into the Resident Portal (CiraConnect) and complete an Architectural Change Request prior to beginning work.
